Recruitment Assistant Full-Time

1: We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to support our recruiting team.
2: S/he will assist Senior Recruiters in handling recruitment assignments.
3: S/he will go through our internal database and new resumes that we receive through job postings on job boards & social media/mass mailings.
4: Based on the criteria's given, s/he will screen the resumes, talk to the relevant candidates and enter the details in the excel sheet given.
5: Make effective calls with a smile on the face.
6: Major task is to make phone calls and share the most relevant candidates with the senior Recruiters
7: This is a Work from home job but in the first week, will have to come near Vaishnodevi for training, for a week.
8: Thereafter will have to come to the office, twice in a month
9: Update and Maintain records on a daily basis
10: Based on the performance, possibility of getting elevated to working as a full fledged Recruitment Consultant, handling junior, middle, senior management and niche positions.
