IT Helpdesk Representative Technician Analyst Full-Time

One of our esteemed clients is looking for a Helpdesk RepresentativeTechnicianAnalyst. to be based in Ahmedabad . The role is for growth-oriented people with entrepreneurial mindset. About Client :- Company is manufacturing complete machines, modules and high-tech components for all branches of mechanical engineering with the core competence of process innovation. Job Responsibilities: • Assist internal customers and coworkers; provide a high level of customer service when providing support as IT relates to responding to helpdesk requests. • Constantly monitor and manage the helpdesk ticket queue and respond to requests in a timely fashion. • Install, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, printers, and additional equipment located on-site. • Set up and take down equipment from employees' workstations including CPU's, monitors and related components. • Upgrade and support corporate applications. • Determine when to escalate an issue to the next level required. • Maintain knowledge of current and new technologies, and research problems and related products required for assistance when necessary. • Act as the subject matter expert on applications, hardware and process support. Key Skills: • Ability to troubleshootpriorities issues with that may be impacting the productivity. • Demonstrated experience supporting and troubleshooting multiple versions of Operating Systems (i.e. Windows 10), Databases (SQL), Windows Services, Web Services, PC Peripherals, printerscanner connectivity, and Cisco Components. • Must be able to physically set up work stations for new employees including new CPU's, monitors and related components (i.e. keyboards, mouse, speakers, webcam, etc.). • Prior experience working with a ticketing system or helpdesk request queue. • Ability to work independently, analyze data, take and recommend appropriate actions with minimal supervision. • Superior analytical, organizational and problem solving abilities. • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
