      Job Title: Sales & Business Development Manager (Audio Solutions)

      Job Summary

      We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our audio brand, CMX, in the Indian market for B2B sales category of office automation, industrial sales, AV install.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Find New Business: Meet and reach out to new offices, hotels, schools, and malls that need sound systems.
      • Build a Network: Partner with architects, interior designers, and contractors to get our products included in their building plans.
      • Close Deals: Handle the sales process from the first meeting to the final payment.

      Required Skills & Qualifications

      • Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales (experience in AV install, Security, CCTV, electronics, IT, or building materials is a plus).
      • Great Communicator: You should be confident in giving presentations and talking to high-level clients.
      • Tech-Friendly: Comfortable explaining how Wi-Fi and Networked audio work.
      • Goal-Oriented: A person who loves hitting targets and growing a brand.
