Job Overview

We are seeking energetic, motivated fresh graduates to join our recruitment team as HR Recruiters for short-term and bulk hiring. This is a field-intensive role involving sourcing candidates, managing walk-in drives, and handling end-to-end recruitment. Candidates must be willing to travel across India at short notice and possess strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

Eligibility Criteria:

Any arts and science graduates
Freshers only (no prior experience needed)
Hindi proficiency is mandatory (spoken & written)
Basic English proficiency (spoken & written)
Willing to travel anywhere in India at short notice
Age 21–26 preferred
Must own an Android/iOS smartphone with WhatsApp & internet

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident in engaging large groups
Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email)
Ability to work under pressure and meet weekly/monthly targets
Flexible to work early mornings or weekends when needed
