Job Brief

We are seeking a skilled HR operations specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The HR operations specialist will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding, HRMS management, employee engagement activities and grievances handling.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a HR Operations specialist, you will

 Conduct end-to-end onboarding process for new hires including orientation sessions, facilitating completion of paperwork, and coordinating for onboarding kits.

 Manage offboarding procedures like conducting exit interviews, processing separation paperwork, and ensuring the retrieval of company assets.

 Maintain leave and attendance data within our HRMS software, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

 Address employee grievances and concerns ly to resolve any issues and foster positive employee relations.

 Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as team-building events, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, etc.

 Support in HRMS software implementation and optimization, including data management, updates, and user training.

 Analyse HR data, generate reports, and identify trends to improve processes and identify areas for improvement.

 Aid managers in formulating HR policies, procedures and benefit programs and communicating it to employees.

 Support teams with requirements related to provident fund (PF), employee state insurance corporation (ESIC), insurance claims, and other pertinent areas.

 Disseminate birthday, anniversary mails among employees.

 Aid in coordinating and planning various human resources events both within and outside the organizational premises.

Degree and Experience:  0 - 2 years of experience in HR operations/generalist role  Master’s degree in human resource/psychology
