Responsibilities

• Perform inbound and outbound customer calls

• Explain and counsel customers to repay the overdues

• Ensure 100% 1st call to customer within 12 hours

• Achieve collections & calling parameters as per the company standard

• Understand credit concerns customers have when their loan or credit card gets rejected

• Introduce CreditMantri and describe the services we do

• Provide Service Plan options on how customers can improve their score and become loan eligible

• Co-ordinate with operations department on successful repayment & resolution of negative issues pertaining to credit bureaus Basic Qualifications 

• Graduate with 0-2 years’ experience in collections have had targets and achieved them month on month

• Should be fluent in English and Hindi. Multilingual would be an added advantage.

 • Should have knowledge of loan and credit products

• Understands management by metrics and is result oriented.

• Passionate about customer interaction.

• Enjoys working in a start-up environment.

• Ability to prioritize tasks in hand and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
