Job Description:      

  • Review and analyses active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions.     
  • Utilizes multiple internet resources, including social networking techniques to source candidates.  
  • Participate in daily huddles where you will collaborate with Team leads and Account Managers to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully.  
  • Sourcing from Job Portals (Dice, Career builder, Monster, Indeed), Making job postings on the Job Portal.  
  • Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications (Skills wise, technically) and compensation (Payment, Negotiations, Tax terms W2, C2C, 1099).  
  • Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent positions.  
  • Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.  
  • Utilize recruitment tools such as applicant tracking system and internal tools for daily best outputs.  
  • Extensive experience in handling complete US recruitment life cycle.  
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT and NON-IT Technologies.

  • Should have Good Exposure working with Direct Clients and Implementation Partners as well.  
  • Should be well aware of Tax terms and US Visa's  
  • Should have good communication skills.  
  • Should have at least 1+Year of Relevant Experience in that particular domain.  
  • Worked with MSP Clients / VMS  
  • Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.  
  • Traditional and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Client needs.  
  • Good understanding of both domains based and technology-based recruiting.  
  • Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates utilizing multiple recruiting sources.
