- Part of a Technical Support Team, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 Technical Support to Sectigo customers and partners.
- Must be able to work independently and offer the highest quality support for all technical issues related to Digital Certificates over Email, Live Chat & Phone.
- Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow ups are done in a timely manner;\
- Conduct root- cause analysis for technical issues and find workarounds and solutions;
