      Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities

      • Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the customer’s needs are met

      • Encourage potential customers to buy premium products and close the best possible deal

      • Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again

      • Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers

      • Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met

      - Willing to work in night shifts

      Inside Sales Representative Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s or master’s degree

      • Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills

      Inside Sales Representative Compensation

      The CTC offered is INR 7.36LPA (INR 4.36LPA is fixed and INR 3LPA is the variable paid out as incentives on monthly basis)

      First 2 months is the training period during which the fixed pay will be INR 20,000.
