    We are seeking a talented Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) to join our team in the RF and Telecom domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, installations, and drive tests for various wireless technologies. This role requires technical expertise, physical stamina, and strong analytical skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Conduct Line of Sight (LOS), RF, and EMF surveys for site planning and optimization

    - Perform installation and commissioning of telecom equipment

    - Collect data on tower height, antenna height, equipment, and cluster photographs

    - Conduct drive tests for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks using TEMS kit and other tools

    - Analyze data and provide insights to improve network performance

    - Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Team Leader

    Requirements:

    - Qualification: Any BTech/Any B.E/Any BCA/Any MCA or related disciplines
