About the Internship

We are looking for a creative and motivated UX/UI Designer Intern to join our design team for a 6-month internship program. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in user-centered design, real-world projects, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Internship Structure & Stipend

First 3 Months: Unpaid internship

Last 3 Months: ₹5,000 per month stipend

Performance-Based Benefit:

Based on the intern’s performance during the first 2 months, the company may choose to provide a partial stipend or financial support for the remaining internship duration, at its discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes

Conduct basic user research and usability testing

Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs

Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and/or mobile applications

Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides

Iterate designs based on feedback and usability insights

Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices

Qualifications & Skills

Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles

Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

Knowledge of user-centered design and responsive design concepts

Ability to accept feedback and improve designs accordingly

Strong attention to detail and creativity

Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

Portfolio showcasing design work (academic, personal, or freelance projects)

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

Experience with prototyping and usability testing

Understanding of mobile-first and accessibility principles
