Placement Officer

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Placement Officer to manage placements, coordinate with hiring partners, and support students in securing suitable job opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, industry awareness, and experience in placement coordination.

 

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, recruiters, and industry stakeholders.

Coordinate placement drives, interviews, assessments, and recruitment-related activities.

Identify job opportunities and align them with student profiles and skill sets.

Guide students on resume preparation, interview readiness, and overall employability.

Maintain placement-related data, reports, and documentation.

Communicate schedules, updates, and results to students and internal teams.

Ensure smooth execution of all placement activities within timelines.

Handle student queries and provide support throughout the placement process.

 

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in placements, HR coordination, or recruitment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.

Good understanding of current hiring trends and job market demands.

Immediate joiners preferred.
