Job Overview

Execute manual and automated test cases to identify defects and ensure software quality across different applications

Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and create effective test plans and scenarios

Design, document, and maintain detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data for various testing activities

Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to validate application behavior against requirements

Report, track, and verify defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication

Conduct basic API testing using tools such as Postman to verify data flow and backend functionality

Ensure applications meet performance, usability, and security standards through consistent testing practices.

Location -Madurai

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings within the team

Maintain test documentation and generate reports to communicate test results and quality metrics to stakeholders

Stay updated with testing tools, methodologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve testing efficiency
