Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic, customer-focused Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our product. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of business acumen, technical knowledge, and user empathy. You will own the product lifecycle from strategy to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with company goals.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to build and launch products that meet customer needs.

• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.

• Translate business and user requirements into clear and detailed product specifications.

• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities and threats.

• Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for user experience and satisfaction.

• Communicate product updates and decisions effectively across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

• 1 year of product management experience, preferably in [industry/sector].

• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!).

• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer-centric design.

• Technical background or understanding of software development processes.
