      Job Title: Corporate Inside Sales Head (Female)

      Department: Sales

      Location: ECIL, Hyderabad

      Reports To: Head – Sales & Business Development

      Job Summary:

      We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, managing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic B2B sales initiatives.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients through cold calls, networking, and industry events.

      • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

      • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

      • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.

      • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their requirements.

      • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with internal teams.

      • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

      • Keep abreast of market trends, competition, and customer needs to suggest improvements in services and approach.

      • Maintain accurate sales records, activity reports, and client information in CRM systems.

      • Regularly report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and achievements to management.

      • Must be ready to travel for Jewelry Exhibitions.

      Required Skills & Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

      • 1 year of experience in B2B/corporate sales.

      • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

      • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

      • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

      • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

      • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
