      Job Overview:

      We are looking for a dynamic Onboarding Executive to lead the client onboarding function for our ERP software platform. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless, timely, and effective transition for new clients onto our system. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical expertise, project management, and leadership skills—ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success from Day 1.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, from initial handover to go-live.

      Design and improve onboarding frameworks, SOPs, and training materials.

      Act as the key point of contact for onboarding queries and escalations.

      Coordinate with cross-functional teams—Sales, Product, Support, and Development—to ensure smooth client integration.

      Monitor onboarding KPIs like TAT, adoption rates, and satisfaction scores; take corrective actions as needed.

      Hire, train, and mentor a growing team of onboarding specialists and implementation consultants.

      Continuously collect client feedback to refine onboarding experience and product usability.

      Stay updated on product developments and ensure clients receive relevant training and documentation.

      Required Qualifications:

      Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

      MBA/PGDM in Operations, Customer Experience, or Technology Management is a strong plus.

      Experience:

      1 year in client onboarding, customer success, or software implementation—preferably in SaaS or ERP environments.

      Demonstrated leadership experience managing onboarding or implementation teams.

      Experience with ERP for retail or jewelry industry software is a major advantage.

      Skills & Competencies:

      Strong understanding of ERP systems, databases, and software workflows.

      Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex technical concepts in a client-friendly way.

      Project management skills – ability to manage multiple onboarding projects and timelines.

      Strong client empathy and customer-first mindset.

      Proficiency in tools like CRMs, ticketing systems, and learning management systems (LMS).

      Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented.

      Preferred Traits:

      Patient, empathetic, and able to work with clients of varying technical backgrounds.

      Strong leadership and mentoring ability to build and grow a high-performing team.

      Analytical and adaptable – comfortable navigating evolving processes and client needs.
