Role Overview

We’re looking for CRM an  AI Engineer to design and build intelligent agents that automate

workflows, assist sales/support teams, onboarding teams and integrate deeply with CRM

platforms. You’ll ship production-grade AI agents using LLMs on Microsoft Azure or any other

Platform, tightly integrated with real business processes.

Responsibilities

 Design and build AI agents that handle CRM workflows (lead qualification, ticket triage,

follow-ups, summaries, onboarding, sales)

 Integrate agents with ERP and custom business systems

 Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines over CRM, knowledge bases, and

documents

 Implement secure tool-calling (CRUD in CRM, scheduling, notifications)

 Deploy and operate agents using Azure OpenAI Service or any other AI Service

 Implement guardrails: prompt safety, PII handling, audit logs, approval workflows

 Monitor quality, hallucinations, latency, and cost; continuously improve prompts and

retrieval

 Collaborate with Sales, Support, and DevOps to turn workflows into agent capabilities

Required Skills

 Strong programming with Python and/or C#

 Hands-on building LLM-powered apps (prompting, function/tool calling, RAG)

 Experience with CRM integrations (webhooks, REST APIs, OAuth)

 Experience deploying AI services on Microsoft Azure or any other platform

 API development with FastAPI or ASP.NET Core

 Data pipelines for embeddings, indexing, and retrieval

 Production mindset: observability, retries, rate limits, security

Nice-to-Have

 Vector search with Azure AI Search 

 Agent frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel
