      Role Overview

      We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our jewellery retail software to jewellery shops, building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and driving revenue growth for the company.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within the jewellery retail sector.

      • Conduct product demos (online/offline) to showcase the software's features and benefits.

      • Understand customer pain points and recommend appropriate software solutions.

      • Develop and maintain strong relationships with jewellery retailers to ensure long-term business.

      • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

      • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.

      • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients.

      • Participate in promotional activities, trade events, and market visits to enhance brand visibility.

      • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market trends.

      Required Skills & Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

      • 1–2 years of sales experience (software/SaaS sales or jewellery industry experience preferred).

      • Strong communication and presentation skills.

      • Ability to understand software products and explain technical features in simple terms.

      • Proven ability to meet sales targets & handle end-to-end sales cycles.

      • Good negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

      • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

      • Familiarity with the jewellery retail ecosystem is an added advantage.

      Preferred Skills

      • Experience selling POS, ERP, or retail management software.

      • Fluency in local languages (depending on region).

      • Understanding of the jewellery market trends and retail workflows.
