Key Responsibilities:  Conduct outbound calls to potential franchise leads and engage them with Chai Waale's franchise
opportunities.  Educate potential franchisees on Chai Waale’s brand, business model, and franchise benefits.  Qualify leads based on their suitability and interest in Chai Waale’s franchise options.  Coordinate with the Franchise Sales team to manage and follow up with potential leads.  Maintain and update the CRM system with lead details and interactions.  Address questions and concerns from prospective franchisees ly and professionally.  Support the sales process by scheduling meetings and following up on inquiries.
Requirements:  0 to 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.  Strong communication and persuasive skills.  Proactive and goal-oriented mindset.  Proficiency in CRM software or willingness to learn.te
