This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Executive at Chai Waale in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of the brand. This role involves direct interaction with customers, promoting products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications & Experience

• Strive to meet and surpass franchise sales targets for the designated period.
• Efficiently gather and analyze market research and prospect data.
• Visit potential clients to present the advantages of the franchise model, including services, costs, locations, and financial arrangements.
• Promptly respond to and manage incoming inquiries via email and phone.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects through phone calls, meetings, and personal interactions.
• Ensure full understanding of and compliance with local laws related to franchise sales and disclosure.
• Support and strengthen relationships with existing franchisees, assisting with their new store development plans.
• Represent the company as a brand ambassador.
• Engage in continuous learning and personal development.
• Generate leads and successfully convert them into franchise sales.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Build and sustain relationships with potential franchisees.
• Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to prospects.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

 

Salary upto- 30k
