Roles & Responsibilities 

      • Attendance Management
      •  Recruitment.
      •  Sourcing from Job Posting on Naukri or Monster and Mass Mailing.
      •  Releasing Offer Letter, Joining formalities, induction- by telling the new joiners, about the company policies, collecting documents, informing them about the organizational policies.
      •  Maintaining documents of the Employees.
      •  Exit Formalities- Responsible for exit clearance of all employees and taking the feedback for various things in the organization, Process Full & Final settlement, relieving documents upon receiving, No due Certificates from concern authorities.
      • Handling Employee Grievances
      • Managing the employee engagement activities
      • Performance Management System
      • Payroll
      • On boarding and training of new joiners
      •  And other Hr roles and responsibilities updated from time to time
