    This is a full-time on-site position for a Technical Support Specialist based in Mumbai. The role involves providing technical assistance for desktop, laptop, and server issues, resolving hardware and software problems, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, offering customer support, and documenting solutions for recurring problems. Collaboration with team members and maintaining a responsive work environment are key aspects of this role.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
    • Previous experience in a technical support role is an asset.
