Qualifications
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with desktop computers and computer hardware
- Proficient in providing technical support and printer support
- Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving hardware and device-related issues
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver efficient on-site solutions under deadlines
- A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous
- Experience in a similar desktop support or IT role is a plus.
