      •  Making  calls to prospective clients and answering incoming inquiries.
      • Meeting daily/monthly targets for call volume, sales, or lead generation.
      • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
      • Ability to build rapport, handle rejection gracefully, and remain patient under pressure.
      • Contacting prospective clients to offer personal loan products.
      • Converting leads into prospects by assessing their financial needs and loan eligibility.
      • Collecting and verifying necessary documents for loan applications.
      • Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals and following up to close deals.
      • Time management and multitasking capabilities
      • Responsible for complete knowledge of company products and policies as well as those of competition
      • Responsible for conversion of suspects to prospects to customers
      • Fluent communication skills in the local language will be an added advantage 
      • Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.

      Requirements

      • Freshers or 1+ years of experience as a telecaller or any similar role.
      • Proven track record of successfully achieving the sales quota.
      • Knowledge of computer programs like CRM and telephone systems.
      • Efficient with English.
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
      • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
      • Having done B.Sc/BA will be an advantage.
