Job Description

·         Attending customers and explaining the features of cars.

·         Generating the prospective customers.

·         Follow up of prospective customers and closing the deals.

·         Visiting prospective customers generated through advertisements, telephonic leads, references etc.

·         Providing the best finance option to the customer.

·         Ensuring the complete documentation regarding the payments, paper formalities and any other specific requirements from the customer before the vehicle delivery.

·         Ensuring the customer delight by providing the best possible services to the customers.

·         Ensuring the vehicle should be ready in coordination with the delivery coordinator for timely delivery of the vehicle as per the schedule given to the customer.

·         Understand sales satisfaction survey parameters & work on them to build high customer satisfaction.
