Manual and Automated Testing Executive

Job Overview

As a Manual and Automation Tester, you will be responsible for both manual and automated

testing of our software applications. This role requires collaboration with development and

product teams to create and implement effective test strategies, as well as identifying and

documenting defects to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

● Design and execute manual test cases based on functional requirements.

● Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts.

● Identify, log, and track software defects to resolution.

● Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand product

requirements.

● Conduct regression testing and ensure application stability.

● Create and maintain test documentation and reports.

● Ensure compliance with best practices and testing standards.

● Participate in code reviews and testing reviews.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related

field.

● Minimum of 1 year of experience in software testing

● Minimum 6 months of experience in automated testing.

● Proven experience in both manual and automated testing.

● Familiarity with testing frameworks.

● Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
