Business Development Officer (BDO)

Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented candidates with telesales or telecalling experience (0 to 2 years) to join our dynamic Business Development team. This role focuses on engaging potential clients, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers, with a primary focus on international markets. Candidates will gain valuable exposure to global client interaction and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients in international markets

Generate, identify, and qualify leads through cold calling activities

Clearly explain company products and ERP solutions with confidence

Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture and convert prospects

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets

Update, track, and manage customer data using CRM systems

Coordinate effectively with the sales team to ensure successful deal closures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any Degree

Experience in telesales, telecalling, or international outbound calling

Strong English communication skills (mandatory)

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
