      Job Overview

      A Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to clients in person and remotely. Giving such assistance means that it’s all about solving problems from the moment they call the customer service line until the caller’s issues are resolved.

      • Candidate would be responsible for handling customer calls and troubleshooting technical issues related to Netgear Devices.

      • Ensure resolution provided in the first interaction with the customer

      • Acquiring knowledge about the newly released products and recent updates.

      • Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service

      • Position and sell Premium support contracts to customers based on their support entitlement.

      • A sound technical IT background.
      • To be familiar with the products or services provided to customers/colleagues, as well as keeping up to date with any new developments.
      • To understand hardware and software.
      • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • A methodical approach to your work.
