Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Fresher Java / Python Developers who are passionate about software development and eager to start their career in a fast-paced IT environment. Candidates will be trained and involved in real-time projects under the guidance of experienced developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications using Java and/or Python

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

• Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices

• Debug and fix application issues under supervision

• Work closely with senior developers, testers, and project managers

• Learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and tools

• Support application deployment and post-release activities

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Java and/or Python

• Understanding of OOP concepts

• Familiarity with SQL / databases is an added advantage

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (good to have)

• Knowledge of Git or version control is a plus

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Willingness to learn and grow in a development role
