Job Overview

• Basic knowledge of litigation processes and familiarity with working alongside US attorneys is preferred
• Communicate effectively with US-based clients through both written and verbal English
• Handle client interactions professionally, ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication
• Willingness to work in night shifts as per business requirements
• Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs and work schedules
• Strong communication skills, including voice clarity, accent neutrality, and confidence
• Maintain high productivity levels while adhering to attendance standards
• Capability to understand and follow client-specific processes and guidelines
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and task completion
• Shift timing is from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (fixed night shift)
