Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive who can efficiently handle sales operations, stock management, and customer interactions while maintaining company standards and teamwork.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of stock inventory, including item-wise and piece-wise details
• Ensure proper stock placement and display as per company guidelines
• Keep accurate awareness of number of pieces available for each item
• Assist customers with rough price estimates and billing support
• Promote and explain company savings schemes such as the Gullak Scheme
• Demonstrate general ness and quick grasping ability on the sales floor
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming and professional appearance
• Follow strict punctuality and attendance discipline
• Stay well-informed about company products, policies, and offers
• Work collaboratively and maintain strong team spirit to achieve sales targets

• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic understanding of billing and pricing
• Attention to detail and strong observation skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Honest, responsible, and proactive attitude

 

Experience & Education

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
• Prior experience in retail / jewellery sales will be an added advantage
