Job Overview
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking
- Visit customers (residential, commercial, and corporate clients) to present furniture products & service
- Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate furniture solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, pricing, and benefits
- Generate leads and follow up regularly to convert them into sales
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, and operations) for order fulfilment
- Prepare sales reports, daily visit reports, and pipeline updates
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
Required Skill:
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales (furniture/interior/home décor industry preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field schedules effectively
- Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Must own a two-wheeler (or willingness to travel locally)
