Job Overview
Roles and Responsibilities:
o Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
o Maintain office records, files, and documentation systematically
o Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
o Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
o Supervise housekeeping, security, and facility maintenance
o Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
o Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
o Support HR/admin activities like onboarding coordination and attendance records
o Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
o Manage travel arrangements and accommodation bookings (if required)
Required Skill & Qualifications:
o Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.Com/BBA)
o 1–3 years of experience in admin/office management roles (preferred)
o Basic knowledge of office administration and coordination
o Good communication skills in: o English o Gujarati
o Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
o Good organizational and multitasking skills
o Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook,
o Problem-solving and proactive mindset & Communication Skill
