      We are looking for enthusiastic, adaptable, and high-potential individuals to join our organization as **Management Trainees**. This structured training program is designed to provide comprehensive exposure across key business functions, enabling candidates to build a strong foundation in organizational operations.

      Selected trainees will undergo rotational assignments across multiple departments such as Human Resources, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and other functional units. After successfully completing the training program, candidates will be placed in a department aligned with their skills, performance, and career interests.

      This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, take initiative, and grow into future leaders within the organization.

      **Key Roles & Responsibilities:**

      * Participate in a structured cross-functional training program across various departments

      * Learn and understand business processes, workflows, and organizational objectives

      * Assist department teams in day-to-day operations and ongoing projects

      * Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to management

      * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives

      * Develop problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

      * Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver within timelines

      * Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work in different roles/functions

      * Continuously learn and apply new skills during the training period

      ## **Eligibility Criteria:**

      * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

      * Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience

      * Strong communication and interpersonal skills

      * Demonstrated leadership potential and problem-solving ability

      * Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a dynamic environment

      * Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

      * Positive attitude with a growth mindset
