Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer (L2)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Desktop Support Engineer (L2) to provide technical support and ensure smooth IT operations at the client location. The candidate will be responsible for handling advanced troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2 level support for desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications

Handle ticketing tools and ensure timely issue resolution

Coordinate with L3 teams/vendors for complex issues

Ensure system security, updates, and backups

Maintain IT asset records and documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Polytechnic Diploma

Stream: Computer Science / IT

Relevant experience in Desktop Support (L2 preferred)
