About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through voice calls

Explain Life, Health & Motor Insurance products

Deliver excellent customer experience

Support sales and customer satisfaction goals

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation is Mandatory

Fluent in English & Hindi

Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply

Experience in insurance sales is an added advantage

Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Salary:

Freshers – Up to ₹20,000/month

Experienced Candidates – Up to ₹25,000/month
