Location: Jaipur (RIICO Area)

Process: Walmart (US E-Commerce)

Experience: 0 – 1 Year (Freshers Welcome)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Service Advisor for a US-based E-Commerce process. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build their career in the BPO and customer service domain. role involves handling inbound and outbound voice calls, assisting customers with order-related queries, resolving complaints

Shift Timing:

6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Rotational Shift)

Work Schedule:

5.5 Days Working (Half-day Saturday)

5 Days Accommodation – Free

Transport:

Candidate should reside within 15 KM (Company Transport Policy)

Key Requirements:

Good communication skills (English)

Basic understanding of customer service

Willingness to work in night shifts

Immediate joiners preferred
