Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced International Voice Process Specialist for our medical billing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing processes and possess excellent communication skills to interact with international clients and healthcare professionals. The role involves handling voice-based interactions, resolving billing inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of medical claims.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Customer Interaction:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from international clients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.

Address queries related to medical billing, insurance claims, and payment processes.

Provide clear and concise information regarding billing statements, account balances, and claim status.

Claim Processing:

Verify and review medical claims for accuracy and completeness.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to claims.

Ensure compliance with international billing regulations and guidelines.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.

Generate reports on billing activities and performance metrics as required.

Problem Resolution:

Identify and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.

Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex billing issues.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Adhere to international healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of billing procedures.

Customer Education:

Educate customers on billing processes, insurance policies, and payment options.

Provide guidance on resolving billing disputes and navigating insurance-related matters.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including billing, coding, and customer service teams, to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Continuous Improvement:

 

Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to ongoing process optimization initiatives.
