Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries and resolve issues ly.

Provide excellent customer service through effective communication.

Document and update customer records accurately.

Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.

Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

 

Graduation/Diploma in any discipline.

Average English communication skills with proficiency in South Indian languages.

Work Mode: Office - Day Rotational

Working Days: 6 days a week

Week Off: Rotational

Shift Timings: Office - 8 am to 8 pm (any 9 hrs)
