We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join the Founder's Office as a Project Management Officer (PMO). This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their career in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Support the Founder in coordinating and monitoring projects from initiation to completion.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborates in the preparation of projects with all initiators.
  • Responsible for the success of the projects by carrying out the overall analysis, by establishing the schedule of activities, by planning the workforce and by controlling the critical dates, in order to meet the expectations and needs.

Communication and Follow-Up:

  • Maintain clear and effective communication channels between the Founder and various teams.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on action items and project milestones.


  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and project plans.
  • Organize and manage project-related files and records.

Data Analysis:

  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes related to projects.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing project progress.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the Founder's Office as needed.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or MBA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
