Job Description: Customer Service Representative (Kannada Inbound Voice Process)

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided in both Kannada and English languages.
  • Efficiently process customer orders, manage delivery schedules, and coordinate with our logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of water cans.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner, diligently working to resolve issues and provide satisfactory solutions, while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Bookwater products, services, and technology to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns, providing clear and concise explanations in Kannada and English.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and continuously improve the overall customer experience, sharing feedback and insights to drive service enhancements.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the enhancement of our services and processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in our service delivery, adhering to company guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay updated with industry best practices and enhance job performance, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration, supporting colleagues and promoting a sense of belonging and mutual respect.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Kannada and English languages, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
