      Job Role - Telecaller 

       

      Telecaller Responsibilities

       

      Outbound Calls: Making calls to potential customers to introduce products, services, or set up appointments.

      Lead Generation & Sales: Persuading prospective customers to purchase or take desired actions, often to meet set targets.

      Customer Service: Answering inbound inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information.

      CRM Data Management: Recording call details, updating customer information, and managing records in a CRM system.

      Follow-ups: Following up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.

       

      Common Requirements & Skills

      Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in local languages and Hindi/English.

      Experience: Freshers

      Tech Savvy: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.

      Soft Skills: Strong, patient, persuasive, and able to handle rejection.

       

      Qualifications

      High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in communications or marketing are a plus

      Excellent verbal communication skills.

      Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

      Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
