We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Tele-Sales Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of tele-sales executives. Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and manage a team of tele-sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor team performance through KPIs such as call volume, conversion rate, revenue generation, and customer engagement.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Develop and implement sales strategies to improve lead conversion and customer acquisition.
Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Ensure proper follow-up with leads and maintain high conversion rates.
Monitor calls for quality assurance and ensure compliance with company standards.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and present performance updates to management.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead flow management and campaign execution.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity within the team.
Identify hiring needs and assist in recruitment and onboarding of new tele-sales executives.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Tele-Sales Team Leader, Sales Supervisor, or similar role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting tools, and call management software.
