A Back Office Executive ensures smooth organizational operations by handling administrative tasks, data management, and operational support, bridging the gap between management and front-office teams.
Key duties include data entry, maintaining records, processing invoices, managing inventory, and supporting departments. They require strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management: Maintaining accurate company databases and records using CRM software or Excel.
Administrative Support: Handling daily administrative duties such as scanning, printing, email correspondence, and managing office supplies.
Operations Coordination: Assisting with inventory control, processing company receipts, and updating schedules.
Communication: Acting as a liaison between sales teams, management, and other departments to ensure smooth workflows.
Documentation: Preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for management review.
Financial Support: Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as tracking invoices and expenses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Freshers
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of CRM software.
