Job Summary
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and to ensure retention and long-term partnerships.
- Identify New clients and capitalize on opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Handle escalations efficiently, providing timely resolutions and maintaining client trust.
- Develop and present Proof of Concepts (POC) to demonstrate solutions that meet client needs.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to streamline client interactions.
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to improve service offerings.
- Prepare reports and presentations on account performance and business growth strategies.

- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle client concerns effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
