Position Overview:
We are looking for a Sales expert with strong customer service skills to drive customer onboarding and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Sales Conversion
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Understand customer needs and suggest solutions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
3. CRM & Reporting
- Maintain records in CRM.
- Track leads and sales activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Tech preferred).
- 1–3 years in inside sales or telesales.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in sales calls.
- Customer-focused approach.
- CRM knowledge.
Language Requirement:
- Hindi and Telugu preferred.
