      Job Description: Customer Support Executive – Service

      Our mission is to redefine urban commuting through eco-friendly transportation solutions while ensuring excellent customer experience and service support.

       

      Position Overview:

      We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive – Service to handle customer service requests, breakdown support coordination, battery-related queries, and issue resolution.

       

      Key Responsibilities:

      1. Customer Service Support

      - Handle inbound and outbound calls related to vehicle service, breakdown assistance, battery issues, and general queries.

      - Provide timely and professional responses.

      - Ensure smooth resolution of complaints.

      2. Breakdown & Service Coordination

      - Coordinate with technicians and operations teams.

      - Track service status and update customers.

      - Ensure quick turnaround time.

      3. Battery & Vehicle Support

      - Guide customers on battery swapping and charging.

      - Assist in resolving minor issues over calls.

      - Escalate technical issues when required.

      4. CRM & Reporting

      - Maintain records in CRM.

      - Prepare daily reports on service requests and feedback.

      5. Customer Satisfaction

      - Ensure positive customer experience.

      - Follow up after resolution.

       

      Skills & Qualifications:

      - Bachelor’s degree.

      - 0-2 years experience in customer support.

      - Strong communication skills.

      - Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.

       

      Preferred Skills:

      - Experience in EV, automobile, logistics, or rental industry.

      - Multilingual: English, Hindi, Telugu.

       

      Shift Details:

      - Rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment.

       

      Location: Hyderabad

       

      Employment Type: Full-Time

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Any Graduates and Candidate should know the English, Hindi, Telugu Languages
