  1. Own End-to-end Recruitment Process – Candidate Tracking / Interview Logistics / Pre-joining Medical / Join-up


  1. On-boarding  - Organizational On-boarding, On-boarding Tracking


  1. Payroll Management

               Compute variable pay as per the role parameters and SWING data on achievement

                Calculate monthly payroll data, in-hand payable amount, statutory deduction, forwarding of PF / ESI cheques


  1. Performance Management – Maintain and update MPR / CPR Data
  2. Employee Records –

               ADHRE is responsible for inputting of data into the HRIS in:

  • Employee Name, Designation, DOJ, DOB, Immediate Family Details
  • Leave and Attendance Module – updating of leaves on a daily basis.
  • Employee
  • Personnel Details Module – entry of details of new joinees. Updating of details of existing employees/ left employees
  • HRD Module – entry/ updating of data


  1. Statutory Compliance

ADHRE is responsible for maintaining registers and tracking of statutory compliances on a day to day basis. The administration part is owned by him, however he will report to the DHRE and all filing of returns will be overseen by DHRE.

Applicable Acts are:

  • Shops and Estd act; Miminum Wages Act
  • Provident Fund; Employee State Insurance Corp.
  • Payment of Bonus;  Equal Remuneration Act
  • Child Labour 

Other activities:

  • Maintain and display list of holidays in the organization
  • Maintenance of Registers as per above enactments

                (Eg., Service register, Wages, Bonus, Muster

                Rolls, Weekly off,   PF, ESI…)

  • Exhibit Forms from Enactments in the Establishment as  applicable (Minimum Wages, Standing Orders, etc)

Filing of returns / Submission to authorities as applicable
