• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products or services
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant information to generate interest
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate and current information
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Handle customer inquiries and address any concerns or questions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize call strategies
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving telemarketing processes
