Full Stack Developer

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain robust web applications using the MERN stack.

Build and optimize RESTful APIs and work with WebSocket for real-time communication features.

Design and manage backend services, server-side logic, database models, and integrations.

Create responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Material-UI.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Ensure the application’s performance, scalability, and security.

Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.

Maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Git for version control.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Proven experience in developing and implementing full stack web applications.

Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, WebSocket, and backend development concepts.

Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, and UI frameworks such as Bootstrap or Material-UI.

Solid understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
